Ms. Campbell
I have been teaching at Lead Mine Elementary since 2019, and I feel fortunate to work at a school I truly love. I serve as the Instructional Facilitator and Literacy Coach, supporting both teachers and students in their learning journey. I am grateful to have found a profession I love—teaching has been incredibly rewarding, and even the challenges have helped me grow, reflect, and become a stronger educator.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, with a minor in Reading Instruction. Throughout my career, I have taught in the classroom and served as a Learning Specialist for 3rd–5th grade students. Each experience has deepened my passion for education and my commitment to helping students learn and grow.
My husband, Neill, and I are proud parents of three young men—Foster, a student at Appalachian State University; Spencer, a student at William Peace University; and Finn, who attends Heritage High School. As a family, we love to travel, hike, and cheer at soccer games. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and running.
I am excited about the year ahead and look forward to working alongside our students, families, and staff to make it a great one!
