Hello!

My name is Martha Merrill, and I am so excited to be joining Lead Mine as a 50% ESL teacher.

I love education, and have been teaching on and off since 2003; grades one through four. I've spent the past five years teaching in the 1st grade where I became passionate about early literacy. Fun fact: my twin daughters were Lead Mine Leopards from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. I’m thrilled to be back and see so many familiar faces.

In my free time, I love to walk my two dogs, Milo and Winnie. I consider myself a writer, and a digital artist. Creating curriculum is one of my favorite things to do.
