I was born and raised in Raleigh, NC.  This is my 27th year teaching first grade. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1997.  My husband Eric and I have lived in Wake Forest since 2001.  We have two sweet daughters (Kaylie 21 and Laynie 12).  We also have a sweet cat named Lulu (my girls found her during the quarantine). I enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.  I am looking forward to an awesome year!!
