2026 Science Fair: March 19th, 2026

  • The White Oak Annual Science Fair Expo sign up begins in January 2026 and all registrations are due by February 15th at 8pm. You must complete and submit the form. You should receive an automatic email response. If you do not get one, let Mrs. Overton know ASAP. No late registrations will be accepted.

The Science Fair Expo is open to all Pre-K to 5th Grade White Oak students and their families. Students in K-5 will be introduced to the Science Fair and expectations during specials rotations in January. To register with a group, one person should gather the parent emails/permissions and then sign up. Please do not register other students without their permission.

Please note that this is a Science Fair Expo. It is a noncompetitive event focused on learning scientific practices, promoting mastery over winning, and allowing for exploration of failures. While students will be given verbal feedback and offered chances to present their project, they will not be judged and awards will not be given.
