• Junior and Senior students desiring to get an Off-Campus Lunch Pass should review and complete the steps listed below.

    1. Read and print the Off-Campus Lunch Application linked below.

    2. Fill out the top part of the form with your full name and grade.

    • Option 1: Go to the East Wake Magnet High School Main Office during regular school office hours (8:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday). The Student and Parent/Guardian will BOTH need to be present. Take the completed form, your photo ID, and your parent/guardian’s photo ID. Sign the bottom of the form in front of a school staff member.

    OR

    • Option 2: Have a Notary Public verify your identity and complete the Notary Public section at the bottom of the form. Then, take the completed form to the East Wake High School Main Office during school hours.

    4. You can pay $10 for the Off-Campus Lunch Pass using SchoolCash Online.

    5. Once your Off-Campus Lunch Pass is ready, the school will contact you, and you can pick it up.

    *Remember not to ask the school staff to make a copy of your documents.
