I am married with two children.  I have 6 brothers and 4 sisters.  I have been an educator for 26 years. In May of 2019, I graduated from ECU  with a Master of School Administration with a Curriculum & Instruction Certification.  I earned my BA in Elementary Education and a BA in Hearing Impaired/Deaf Education from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 1996.  I received my K-12 Teaching Reading Certification and Reading Specialist Masters in 2013. I am a life-long learner. I enjoy spending time with my husband, children, and family.  My family is the best gift I could ever receive.  In my next life (or after I retire), I yearn to become a home interior designer or home stager.  I relish decorating homes and small living spaces.
