Starus Williamson, 8th Grade Assistant Principal

Upon graduating with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Winston Salem State University, I taught grades K-5 in Winston Salem Forsyth County Schools. In 2015, I obtained a master's in executive leadership from Gardner Webb University and joined the Wake County Public School System. I have held a variety of positions in WCPSS, which include being a classroom teacher, special education teacher, and literacy coach/interventionist. I am excited to be part of the Trojan family and look forward to the work ahead.
