Are you interested in live television broadcasting or a future career in broadcast communications?

The Durham Bulls Explorer Post 50 is a co-ed, unpaid internship program for students ages 14–20 who have completed the eighth grade. Now in its 28th season, the program produces live broadcasts of Durham Bulls home games on WRAL platforms, streams on MiLB.com, and contributes highlights for WRAL and FOX 50 newscasts

This program allows students to explore their interest in broadcast communications while building real-world skills through hands-on experience in a professional sports media setting.

The Lady Cardinal Mentorship Program, empowers high school girls to explore STEM careers within North Carolina state government. Female leaders mentor participants, engage in project work, and gain firsthand experience in public-sector STEM roles.

This is a 4-week program in the summer & a stipend is awarded upon successful completion.

October 7, 2025        Health Sciences Symposium  Open to all juniors & seniors, however those in the Biotechnologies program of study will get top priority.
