Hello! My name is Courtney Clark and I am honored to be your teacher! I am originally from
Massachusetts where I began my teaching career in 3rd grade! I love 3rd grade and I am
passionate about helping students learn and grow! I moved to California after a few years of
teaching and took a few years away from the classroom to start my own family. My husband
and I are blessed with 3 wonderful children. In 2015, my family moved from California to settle
in North Carolina. I am happy to be on the east coast again and to call North Carolina home.
When I am not in the classroom I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, exploring what
the outdoors has to offer, playing games, and baking yummy treats. I taught 3rd grade at FVES
for a few years before leaving to help open a new school in the area. After 4 years away I am
so excited to be a FVES rocket again! I look forward to spending the school year together!
