About Me: This will be my 15th year teaching. I taught for 8 years in Harnett County and this will be my 7th year at Creech Road. I previously taught 4th grade, and now I am in love with 3rd grade! This will be my 3rd year teaching 3rd at Creech and as our Third Grade Team Leader. My husband, Josh, and I live in Johnston County, with our 4-year-old daughter, Julia. We enjoy spending time together as a family outdoors. We look forward to one day, many years from now, moving to the mountains and hopefully starting a small farm. Until then, we will enjoy our backyard chickens! Some of my favorite things include coffee, sweet tea, Chic-fil-a, and Costco!!

Gifts and Talents: This is always a hard question... I'm very organized and detailed oriented. I use those to help guide our third grade team. I'm pretty tech-savvy, and have begun to get into using more graphic design elements in my classroom. I aim to be as patient as I can with each child and give each individual student what they need to be successful.
