About me: I have been teaching Elementary PE for more than 14 years. My husband and I have 2 boys who keep us on our toes! Grady is off to university and Owen is a junior in high school. The baby of our family is our chocolate lab Rufus. We spent 5 amazing years living in England, which taught me so much about myself that I never knew. I love running, biking, water-skiing, traveling and spending time at the beach. I'm about to attempt my first century (100 miles) bike ride in September for the MS Society. In March of 2020, I was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus. Four years on, I am in remission. Daily I set an example of pushing through even when it is challenging and keep smiling.
