My name is Cherie Miller, and I began teaching third grade at Lincoln Heights Magnet Elementary School in 2024. I earned my Elementary Education Degree from Catawba College, and I received a Master of Arts Degree from Liberty University.  I have served as a third, fourth, and fifth grade teacher in Rowan County, Davidson County, and Wake County.  My husband, my daughter, and I moved to Wake County in 2020, and I have loved teaching here ever since.  I am the proud mother for three adult sons, and one daughter in high school.  I am also the proud grandmother of one grandson and one granddaughter.  When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family, my adorable dog named Astro, and to travel.
