About Me: 

My name is Emily Lucero, and I am originally from Roseville, California. I earned my degree in Child Development from Sacramento State University. During an internship at Disneyland, I met my husband, Joey! After getting married, we moved to San Diego, where I attended San Diego State University to obtain my Teaching Credential.        

In 2022, we relocated to North Carolina and have loved making it our home. We have two sweet dachshunds, Esmeralda and Penny, who bring us so much joy. 

I have been teaching Kindergarten for the past three years and feel incredibly grateful to be part of the wonderful community here at Creech Road Elementary. Watching my students grow, learn, and discover the world around them is my greatest passion!
