    Current WYMLA Students

    • For in-state colleges and universities:

      1. Go to www.cfnc.org

      2. Log into your CFNC account.

      3. Go to Transcript Manager.

      4. Select the schools that you want to receive a transcript and submit.

    • For out-of-state colleges and universities, scholarships, private organizations, NCAA, Coaches:

      1. Go to https://wcpss.scriborder.com/

      2. On the left side menus, click the link for current students.

      3. Complete the online form.

      4. The first three (3) requests are free. After your third request, there is a $10.00 charge.


    Former Students / Graduates

      1. Go to https://wcpss.scriborder.com/

      2. On the left side menus, click the link for former students.

      3. Complete the online form.

      4. There is a $10.00 charge for EACH transcript.  

    • For organizations needing graduation verification or other records:

      1. Go to https://wcpss.scriborder.com/

      2. On the left side menus, click the link for Organizations.

      3. Complete the online form.

    Final SHAW Transcripts: Please request your final Shaw University transcripts to be sent to your college online at https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/33091/institution.

     

    Final WTCC Transcripts: To request the Wake Tech transcript to send to colleges, please visit this link:  https://www.waketech.edu/student-services/registration-student-records/how-to/order-transcripts.  Students can request their Wake Tech transcript in person or online.
     
     
    Final High School Transcripts: Please read these instructions carefully so that you can ensure that you properly request your final transcripts.  You will need to request a final HIGH SCHOOL, WTCC, and Shaw University transcript to be sent to the college you will attend in fall 2026.

    • North Carolina Colleges and Universities:  Request your final transcript to be sent through CFNC at www.cfnc.org .  Navigate to “Apply to College” and then to the “Application Hub” to access transcript requests.  

    • Common Application Colleges and Universities:  If you applied to your college through Common Application, Mrs. Hicks will upload your final transcript.

    • Colleges and Universities OUTSIDE of NC that DO NOT use Common Application:  You can request your final transcript for free at https://wcpss.scriborder.com/ by selecting the “final transcript” option.

    Links for Sending a Transcript

    1. ScribOnline - NCAA, out of state, scholarships, etc.

    2. Common App - Counselor will upload for you in this portal when you attach our email address to complete your Secondary School Report

    3. CFNC - All NC colleges and universities - it sends immediately and also sends your final transcript at the end of the year

     

    Sending Test Score Links - All Scores must be sent officially to a college/university - we cannot send official scores on behalf of students:

    1. CollegeBoard (SAT and AP Exams)
