Here at the Wake Young Men's Leadership Academy we have a multi-faceted approach to student expectations.

WYMLA students RISE to the challenge in every area of the school. Our Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) structure rewards students for demonstrating RISE - Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Effort - on a daily basis.
