For carpool to run smoothly on the Thompson school campus, we are asking that all parents enter Swain Street from New Bern Avenue in order to access campus. Pick-up and drop-off will be in front of the entrance to the building from the parking lot. When leaving campus, we ask that you make a right turn on Swain Street and proceed to Hargett Street to reduce congestion. Students will not be allowed to walk across the parking lot to enter and exit cars. This is done to ensure safety and maximize the efficiency of carpool. See below for a diagram of traffic flow.
