AES - Technology Survey

ONLY Complete this Survey if you did not already complete the WCPSS Technology Survey

IF YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE WCPSS TECHNOLOGY SURVEY:

• Devices will not all be ready on Aug. 17. Parents who requested a device through the device survey will receive a notification via email when their device is ready to be collected. If you have not been notified, there will not be a device ready for you at any collection site. Parents will be notified three days before their collection date. You can collect any time on or after that date.
