Student Parking & Lunch Passes

Students in grade 11 and 12 will have the opportunity to apply for (1) an off campus lunch pass and (2) apply for a student parking space through a lottery system for the 2024-2025 school year.
     

Timeline

Important dates regarding this process for the 2024-2025 school year include:

• July 8, 2024:  Senior Parking Lottery Opens;  Junior / Senior Off Campus Lunch Pass Application Opens
         
• August 1, 2024:  Senior Parking Application Lottery closes at midnight (end of day on August 1)
   
• August 2, 2024:  Seniors receiving a parking space through the lottery will receive an email through their WCPSS email account giving them directions on next steps.
     
• August 2-7, 2024:  Seniors who were recipients of a parking space through the lottery process must register and submit payment by 3pm on August 7. 
     
• August 15-16, 2024:  Seniors who have completed the registration process for their parking space may pick up their parking tag.  (Note: This date has been updated from August 8-9 due to weather concerns)
     
• August 15-16, 2024:  Juniors & Seniors who have completed the lunch pass  application process will be able to pick up lunch passes between 9-11am and 12-2pm.  After these dates, students can come by the front office during regular business hours during summer to pick up their pass.  (Note: This date has been updated from August 8-9 due to weather concerns)
           
• August 12, 2024:  Round 2 Parking Lottery opens for students in grades 11 and 12 if any spaces remain available.
