Home Base/NCEdCloud
Home Base is a statewide student information system that replaced NCWISE and SPAN starting in the 2013-14 school year. Home Base gives parents and students access to real-time information including attendance, grades and assignments. To learn more about Home Base, click HERE. To access the Parent Portal, click HERE.Beginning July 6, 2015, access to Home Base applications will be replaced by a single sign-on process offered through NCEdCloud. WECHS Remind
With students spread out between multiple buildings on two campuses, Principal Cummings utilizes Remind, www.Remind.com to communicate messages quickly in the event of an emergency. For example, if WCPSS announces a one-hour early release, to ensure all students are notified (especially on N. Campus), we ask that students sign up for this service. We will exhaust all efforts to contact students face-to-face, but will use Remind as a backup. Additionally, we will use this service to communicate information quickly, such as in the event of a Code Red or Yellow. To join, https://www.remind.com/join/wechsst.
