Hey everyone! I'm Holly Potts, your Art Teacher!

 

I attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, University of Georgia, and Appalachian State University and studied Art Education with minors in Metals and Fibers. This is my fifth year teaching Art, the third at Lead Mine Elementary!

 

I'm a Raleigh native and am glad to be back in Raleigh with my 9-year-old husky, Jasper, my 7-year-old cat, Smokey, and my fiancé, Nate! I like to fill my free time with creating art, hanging with family and friends, cooking, traveling, concerts, exercising, and being outdoors.

 

I can't wait to have a blast in the art room together - let's take creative chances, make happy accidents, and get messy!
