Welcome to Lead Mine! 

I am so excited about beginning my 5th year as Assistant Principal of Lead Mine Elementary. The 24-24 school year will mark my 12th year in education. I have truly enjoyed working alongside our faculty and staff to make Lead Mine a safe, happy, fulfilling, and welcoming environment for all our students and their families.

A few of my favorite things about our school include seeing how joyful students are each morning when they arrive at school, surprising students with principal dance parties with our fancy fanny packs, and listening to the excitement in each classroom as students learn new concepts. 

I live in North Raleigh with my husband and enjoy playing tennis, going to the beach, and taking camping trips on the weekends. 

Lead Mine Elementary is known for the motto of "Love. Learn. Lead." We encourage our students to be safe, kind leaders daily! I love how our students, staff, and families work daily to live those values to the fullest!
