My name is Jelicia Bess and I’m the Lead Secretary. I come with an extensive career background in Banking, but always dreamed of working in a children’s setting. I know I’ve made one of my greatest decisions by joining a special team with Lead Mine!

In my spare time, I love spending time with my sweet Mom and Grandmother in South Carolina. I love all things Autumn and being outdoors soaking up the sun as much as I can! Most weeknights, you can find me at home, in the kitchen cooking to some good tunes or lounging with a good book. I’m excited to be a part of the staff and seeing your children grow!
