I am so excited to be returning to the Oakview Elementary team!  

 

I am originally from southwestern Pennsylvania, so I root for all of the Pittsburgh teams. My husband and I moved to Sanford, North Carolina in 2005.  I taught third grade for the Lee County School System for 6 years before moving to Belgium. During our time abroad I was able to be a stay-at-home mom.  Our family was able to travel to so many places and I am thankful for all of the adventures we shared. We returned to North Carolina and I began teaching third grade for the Wake County Public School System.  Since joining the Oakview family, I have taught second grade and have loved every moment of it!

 

I live in Holly Springs with my husband and two children, Zach and Emma.  Both of my children attend Holly Springs High School. I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs, Scout & Dash, camping and kayaking.
