Lacy has an integrated preschool setting where preschoolers with hearing loss and preschoolers without hearing loss play and learn together.  Foundations: Early Learning Standards for North Carolina Preschools by NC Department of Public Instruction is used as a basis for this class.  Inquiry learning and project approach teaching are utilized in this classroom.  All activities are integrated, and exploration and inquiry are encouraged.

Schedule:
Our schedule includes: Circle time, centers, music and movement, gross motor time, snack or lunch, and story time. All activities are integrated, and exploration and inquiry are encouraged.

Age Range:
Children in the program are 3 to 5 years old. Children must be 3 by August 31 to enroll in the program.  

3 year olds- 8:30 to 11:30 am
4 and 5 year olds- 12:00 to 3:00 pm

This program follows the Wake County Public Schools calendars.

Student/Teacher Ratio:  4/1

$10 Application fee
$150 a month September through May
