Student/Parent Handbook
The Student/Parent Handbook is provided to all students at the start of the school year or upon enrollment. It includes information about our school policies and procedures. We have created this handbook to help you and your child understand the rules and expectations in school, on the way to and from school and at school-sponsored activities. We encourage you to discuss those rules and this document with your child.

Welcome to Knightdale High School! We hope that you all are as excited as we are about what is sure to be an outstanding school year in Knight Country. As a school, we are strong believers that everyone plays a huge role in the overall success of students and our school as a whole. As such, we want to do our very best to ensure that all members of our school community—especially students and parents—are informed when it comes to what is happening at our school, as well as the policies and procedures that will guide all of what we do.
We have developed this student-parent handbook, which provides some key details that will surely interest you. Please keep in mind that this handbook was designed for use in conjunction with the WCPSS Student/Parent Handbook along with the WCPSS High School Program Planning Guide. We hope this information will be helpful as we start a new school year, and we look forward to working with you.
