Accessing Digital Resources

Students will need to be familiar with accessing their WakeID portal and their student email account. Support links are located on the right with instructions on how to log in.  If your account cannot be accessed, submit a Technology Support Request and someone will contact you.

Student E-Mail

When sending email to teachers, students should use their school issued email account.  To find your teacher's email address, use our faculty directory.  The faculty directory will also have links to the teacher websites.

If you have any technology issues regarding usernames, passwords, or any other issue that is preventing you from accessing remote learning, please submit a Technology Support Request.  We want to help you access everything you need!

Access to the Internet

AT&T
All AT&T consumer home internet wireline customers, as well as Fixed Wireless Internet, can use unlimited internet data. Additionally, they will continue to offer internet access for qualifying limited income households at $10 a month through the Access from AT&T program. They've expanded eligibility to Access from AT&T to households participating in the National School Lunch Program and Head Start. Additionally, they are offering new Access from AT&T customers two months of free service.

Spectrum
Charter will offer free Spectrum broadband and Wi-Fi access for 60 days to households with K-12 and/or college students who do not already have a Spectrum broadband subscription and at any service level up to 100 Mbps. To enroll call 1-844-488-8395. Installation fees will be waived for new student households.

Todos los clientes de telefonía fija de internet para el hogar de AT&T, así como internet inalámbrico fijo, pueden usar datos de internet ilimitados. Además, continuarán ofreciendo acceso al internet para hogares con ingresos limitados que califiquen, a $10 mensuales a través del programa Access de AT&T.
