Parking Pass & Off-Campus Lunch Applications

  • LRHS Student Parking-2026/27 School Year

     

    Parking for the 2026-27 School Year will open for request to rising Seniors only July 6th at 9 am, 2026. It will open to rising Juniors July 13th.  Juniors who complete the request early will be removed from the list and will have to resubmit their Google form entry after July 13th. Parking is not open to Sophomores until it is determined we will have adequate available parking throughout the year for upper classmen. A decision is usually made around the end of September.

     

    Parking requests are a three-step process, the google form must be completed, a course must be completed by the student, and payment must be made through School Cash Online.

     

    The Google form determines the spot the student is assigned and # assignment is done on a first-come, first-serve basis.

     

    Initial pass distribution will include an in-person course, multiple times will be available, you can select the time you want upon completion of the Google Form. Pickup schedule will not be announced until the Google form opens.

     

    Payment can be made on School Cash Online and is assigned to all Juniors and Seniors. Please see link below if you need to set up an account or there is a direct link to the system from the Family Support dropdown.

     

     

    PLEASE REMEMBER THE STUDENT MUST HAVE A NORTH CAROLINA DRIVERS LICENSE TO COMPLETE ANY PORTION OF THIS PROCESS. A SPOT WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITHOUT PROOF OF A LICENSE (NOT A LEARNER’S PERMIT.) YOU WILL HAVE TO RESUBMIT THE GOOGLE FORM IF YOU APPLY BEFORE THE LICENSE IS ISSUED.

    LRHS Off-Campus Lunch Pass

     

    Requests for Off-Campus Lunch Passes will open to rising Juniors and Seniors on July 6th after 9 am and will follow the same process as last year, you must complete the parent permission form and pay through School Cash Online.

    Please remember to pay and submit the form, as passes cannot be picked up unless both are submitted. Lunch Pass distribution will be the same times as the parking passes. Please keep in mind, these are different from an Early Release pass, which are issued from Student Services based on student’s schedules.

     

    Sophomores cannot have an Off-Campus Lunch Pass.
