Hi! My name is Nneka Emanuel-Pitt, and I am honored to join Lead Mine Elementary as a fifth-grade teacher this year.

I am an International Cultural Exchange Teacher from the beautiful island of Jamaica. I have a Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education. I come to Lead Mine with 7 years of teaching experience, all of which is in sixth grade. I am excited about teaching fifth graders this year. My goal is to help my students develop skills to become lifelong learners and enjoy learning.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband and son as well as going sightseeing and to the beach.
