Before and After School Care

Vance Elementary is happy to help parents navigate the difficult task of getting your children to and from school with your busy work schedule.  We have two options for your family.

BEFORE CARE

Vance students can be dropped off each school day in the cafeteria for games, enrichment and breakfast!  Students can be dropped off as early at 6:45am and will then go to class at 8:45am.  If you would like to sign your child up for before care, you can contact Ms. Bradley at Tbradley@wcpss.net. 

AFTER CARE

Our after school program, run by the YMCA, includes dedicated homework time in a quiet environment, active indoor and outdoor games and activities and a weekly STEM project. YMCA After School programs are led by a team of high school and college-age students who are supervised by full-time YMCA directors.
