Principal Keech is a veteran educator of over 32 years who joined WES in 2015 as its principal. Prior to coming to WES, Principal Keech served in administrative and teaching roles at all 3 levels of school (Elementary, Middle, and High School), where she was principal, assistant principal, dean of student discipline, athletic coach, department chair, and teacher. She has been recognized as a Teacher of the Year, A California Distinguished Administrator, and with the National Blue Ribbon Schools award for Salute to Leadership.  Principal Keech is married with 3 sons (who all attended school at WES) and is a dog mom to Diego and Samus.  Her favorite hobbies are hiking, reading, and tending to her chickens. She is a passionate educator who is an advocate for all children.
