Mid-year reports and mid-year transcripts are only submitted to colleges/universities that have requested them. If your college is requesting you to upload your first semester grades, please self-report following the instructions provided by your college/university.

Please follow the instructions below, to request your mid-year transcript and/or mid-year report. Review all instructions to make sure you are following the correct process. Counselors will start processing mid-year report requests beginning February 12.

 1. Request Mid-Year Transcript for NC Colleges

· Use https://www.cfnc.org/ to request a mid-year transcript for NC colleges that only require a mid-year transcript and not a mid-year report. You may start requesting your mid-year transcript on or after February 12.

2. Request Mid-Year Transcript for Out-of-State Colleges or Scholarships

 · Use https://wcpss.scriborder.com/ to request a mid-year transcript for out-of-state colleges and scholarships that only require a mid-year transcript and not a mid-year report. You may start requesting your mid-year transcript on or after February 12. Please make sure you indicate that you are requesting a mid-year transcript in the instructions section in Scriborder.

3. Request Common App or Coalition Mid-Year Report

 · Complete the following form: https://forms.gle/wo1i8bpE8VXmre8y5 to request a Common App and/or Coalition Mid-Year Report.

4. Request Mid-Year Report for Colleges/Universities not on Common App/Coalition

· Complete the following form: https://forms.gle/GgSnY6EEoJACT5Eb9 to request a Mid-Year Report for a college/university not on Common App/Coalition.

Current Green Hope Students: North Carolina Schools

Students can send transcripts to all North Carolina colleges and universities for FREE through the College Foundation of North Carolina by visiting  www.CFNC.org and using the "Transcript Manager" tool. Transcripts are sent electronically. Final transcripts are also sent automatically to the colleges/universities listed; mid-year transcripts are not included. 

Current Green Hope Students: Schools Outside North Carolina, Scholarships, and NCAA Eligibility

Go to https://wcpss.scriborder.com/applicationCurrent and follow the directions. The first three requests are free.  After the third request, there is a $5.00 charge. 

Former Green Hope Students: Transcripts and Graduation Verification

Go to https://wcpss.scriborder.com/application and follow the directions. 

Colleges and universities must receive SAT scores directly from www.collegeboard.org or ACT scores directly from www.act.org. AP Scores also need to be sent directly from the College Board. The Student Services Office does not send any SAT, ACT, or AP test scores to colleges or universities for students - students must send these directly from the testing agencies as official scores.
