Career and College Promise at NC Community Colleges
Please follow these steps to apply for CCP:
1. Read over the PCHS 26-27 Steps to Apply
2. Request documents needed using this link: CCP 26-27 Document Request
3. All students will need to submit a Dual Enrollment form
4. Once they submit the dual enrollment form, students should follow the steps on the CCP enrollment site.
5. Continuing students should follow this link: CCP Continuing students
Deadline to receive the dual enrollment forms for Summer and Fall: (this form is required for ALL students) May 15, 2026

Information for New CCP Students
Students who are new to Wake Tech’s Career & College Promise (CCP) program, including those who may have obtained CCP credits from another institution, should complete the following steps in order. Remember to check the Important Dates & Deadlines throughout the process to make sure you don’t miss important deadlines.
Information for Continuing CCP Students
If you’re a current Career & College Promise (CCP) student or have previously been accepted into the program at Wake Tech, welcome back! There are fewer steps for you to enroll in classes, but here are some things you need to know about registration and completing a pathway and what to do as you approach high school graduation.
Helpful Tips for choosing a Pathway
There are two pathways to choose from:
Dual Credit Allowance
Approved CCP courses of three and four credit hours will continue to receive one high school dual credit. This change will only impact the high school transcript. The college transcript will continue to be the official record for the college. One quality point will be added to the GPA.
CCP Course Code- a detailed listing of CCP course codes and the credit hours allowed.* Please note Standard=Academic, and College=AP credits.
