Hello! I’m Ms. Allen, one of the AIG teachers at Fuquay-Varina Elementary School. This is my 12th year in education and my 3rd year in WCPSS. For the past 11 years, I’ve had the joy of teaching in the world of gifted education. My passion for teaching was shaped by the influential educators in my life and the lasting difference great teachers can make.

I’m originally from South Florida, a graduate from Florida Atlantic University (Go Owls!) with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education K-6. In addition, I obtained my AIG license at Meredith College. My husband and I moved to North Carolina in 2022, and life has been full of adventures with our busy toddler and two playful cats.

I’m grateful to be here at FVES. Looking forward to a wonderful year!

This year I will be split between Fuquay-Varina Elementary and Holly Springs Elementary.
