My name is Brittany Cruz, and I am one of the AIG teachers here at Fuquay-Varina Elementary School. I also serve at another school in the district.  I have been teaching since 2011. I graduated from North Carolina Central University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and received my certification in Academically and Intellectually Gifted Education from Duke University. 

I am committed to having a strong positive impact on all of our amazing scholars. I am excited to engage our scholars in opportunities to investigate and explore ideas that will foster higher thinking skills and cultivate learning potential.
