Courses & Curriculum

Students will take English during each year of their high school experience.  All students will be required to take and pass English I, English II, English III, and English IV in order to graduate.  Academic and Honors levels are available at all four grade levels for English.  An Advanced Placement (AP) option is also available in 11th and 12th grade. We also offer several electives: African American Literature, Argument and Theory, Creative Writing I & II, Speech I and Yearbook.
