Annual Student Class Dues
Annual Student Class Dues
.
In lieu of an annual school fund-raiser, class dues have become standard practice for all classes at Fuquay-Varina High School. Class dues help each class pay for homecoming week activities, special class events, quarterly award celebrations, cultural arts programs, prom and graduation activities and materials.
Each class has chosen to assess themselves a fee for class dues, currently $20.00 each school year, to fund their class activities. The school has agreed to help each class with the equitable collection of class dues by withholding school privileges (parking, off-campus lunch pass, prom admittance, etc.) from students who have not paid their dues. Class dues payments are due at the beginning of the year and can be paid online on the FVHS website under the student's tab (Online Payment).

Off-Campus Lunch Pass
ONLY 11th and 12th grade students are allowed to apply for an Off-Campus Lunch pass.
.
Student fees and class dues must be cleared before applying for an Off-Campus Lunch Pass. Be sure to complete the lunch pass application.
**Paying for a pass does not give you the right to leave campus for lunch, you must complete an application and receive an off-campus lunch pass.**

Student Parking Pass
Parking pass applications are available on the FVHS website under the student's tab and all school fees and student class dues must be paid before an application can be accepted. Fees for parking are set by the Wake County Public School System, not individual high schools. Fees are the same at every WCPSS high school. All fees collected go back to the school system to pay for school security, paving and the maintenance of all school parking lots.
.
Student parking on the campus is a privilege and the school retains the authority to revoke, suspend, or decline to issue campus parking permits for violation of school rules and traffic regulations. The school is also responsible for notifying law enforcement authorities of violations of the law occurring on the campus involving the operation of motor vehicles.
