Congratulations, Science Olympiad! Our Science Olympiad Team earned 2nd place at last weekend’s Lee County Science Olympiad Tournament! Students worked incredibly hard and truly earned this honor. Please join me in congratulating them on this outstanding achievement, and a special thank you to Mrs. Poisson and Mrs. Dove for their leadership and support of the team!
Congratulations, First LEGO League! Out of 21 elementary and middle schools, Powell placed 11th and 13th in the robotics section of the competition! Also, out of those 21 schools, Powell was 1 of the 3 schools to receive the Core Values LEGO Brick! Thank you Mrs. Warzecho, Mr. Stevenson and various other staff members for their leadership and support of these teams!
Congratulations, First Tee! Our First Tee Team competed in the Championship Challenge and won various awards! Thank you to Mr. Stevenson and staff for all they do to support this program and our students at Powell!
