The Base Application is for students who wish to attend Stough as a Kindergarten student in the Mandarin immersion during the 2024-2025 school year.  You may fill out this application AFTER you have enrolled at Stough or online: wcpss.net/enroll.  

Students will be selected by lottery from all applications received by January 13, 2025.  If a student is not selected, he/she will be placed on the waiting list.  For the applications received after January 13, 2025, students will be placed on the waiting list in the order that they are received.  

You will be notified on January 17, 2025 if your child has a seat in the Mandarin immersion program.

To submit the application, you can

• Print the paper application below and bring it to school,
• Obtain an application at the school if you are unable to print or need help filling out the form, or 
• Email a digital copy of the completed application to Ms. Serpil Helvaci at shelvaci@wcpss.net.
