     Student Lunch Pass Application

    • Incomplete Student Off-Campus Lunch applications will not be accepted.  Please be sure to read and complete all required sections of the application prior to submitting it in-person on the scheduled dates listed on the application.

                                                    Lunch Passes can be picked up during the following times at school:

                                                                August 8th   8:00am - 11:30am &  12:30pm - 2:00pm

                                                                August 12th  8:00am - 11:30am &  12:30pm - 2:00pm

                                                                August 14th  8:00am - 11:30am &  12:30pm - 2:00pm

                                                                August 16th  8:00am - 11:30am

    • Once school starts, all applications should be submitted to the main office.  Passes will not be issued the day the application is submitted.  Lunch pass applications will not be processed on the first week of school.
