Who Can I Contact?

Karelle Ward is the SAP Counselor at Willow Spring High School and serves as the Point of Contact (POC).

Pre-deployment or post-deployment leave coming up? Please contact me at 919-694-8030 ext.28243 regarding needed documentation and the approval process for absences. Documentation is needed prior to the leave dates in order for the days to be considered an excused absence.

Tara Principe is the Data Manager at Willow Spring High School and can also help with enrollment questions. Contact Info - 919-694-8030 ext 28210.

Transitions

INBOUND CHECKLIST:

• Access and complete Registration Packet (above)
• Proof of Residency
• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Prior School Information
• Most recent report card
• Custody Papers - if applicable

Outbound Checklist:

• Notify Willow Spring High School that your child will be leaving (within 2 weeks of deployment).  Karelle Ward @ 919-694-8030 ext 28243 or Tara Principe @ 919-694-8030 ext 28210
• Have a copy of the most recent report card
• Have copies of current IEP, 504 AIG documentation
• If you are PCSing overseas, please contact Ms. Ward or Ms. Principe to coordinate the record transfer
