The forms on this page are for the Student Device Program.

• These forms can be found on Student Device Information for staff and Student Device Forms for families.
• Every student will automatically get a device unless a parent specifically refuses it.
• Students are encouraged to use WCPSS devices.
• Kindergarten will be using a class set of Chromebooks at school.  They will be issued their own device to take home in first grade.
• 1st - 5th grade students will be expected to take their device home to charge and bring it back every day fully charged and ready to use.
• If the device breaks, isn't working right, or if you have any questions, you can contact the school or the help desk.
