    Exam Exemptions 

     Students in Grade 12 may be exempt from exams based on the following criteria: 

    • Students must have a projected final grade of B or higher 
    • Students must have fewer than 10 absences in the course. 
    • Students cannot be exempt from state testing including field testing 

    This is a reminder that state-administered exams begin January 16, 2026.

    Please note that early check-out will not be permitted during state-administered exams. There are no exceptions. Students will not be allowed to leave campus for appointments. We ask that all appointments be rescheduled until after final exams have concluded or reach out to your child's teacher so your child can schedule a make-up exam.

    If a student is ill on the day of an exam, please notify your child's teacher as soon as possible so the student can be scheduled for the make-up exam day on January 23, 2026.

    Saturday Academy

    In addition, we will be offering End-of-Course (EOC) Review Sessions during Saturday Academy on Saturday, January 17, 2026.

    • Biology
    • Math 1
    • Math 3

    Time: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Doors open at 8:45 a.m. for student check-in)
    Check-In Location: Main Lobby

    No pre-registration is required. Students will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis until sessions reach capacity.
