Hello! I am so excited to be teaching fourth grade at Kingswood! This will be my nineteenth year of teaching. I am from Raleigh, but moved back to the area four years ago to teach in Wake County. I live with my husband, the sweetest kids ever, and my dog Tuxedo. My family loves to hike, bike, snow-ski, and basically enjoy anything outside. I cannot wait to share my love of math, reading, and the beautiful world we live in. This will be the best year ever!

This will be my 13th year at Kingswood and my 21st year as a teacher. I have taught many grades from 1st grade all the way up to 8th grade but I have to say that 3rd has always been my fave! I am originally from Ann Arbor, MI. I currently live in Sanford with my (Long Island born) husband Michael, and our 8th grade daughter Micaela. We also have a dog named Daisy! I absolutely LOVE reading and it is my favorite hobby. I can’t wait to pass on my love of reading to my new kiddos!

Hello everyone! I'm Yuuki Yamamoto. This will be my first year teaching, and I am honored to spend it with Kingswood Elementary School. I went to NC State University and graduated with a degree in Elementary Ed (concentration in STEM) and a minor in Psychology. In my free time, you can find me either in the gym or with my friends/family. I am looking forward to a great year!
