• Y Learning Program at Kingswood


    Welcome to Kingswood Y Learning! Our YMCA is committed to bridging the education gap. That's why we developed Y Learning, a tutorial program, for students who struggle to reach grade-level benchmarks and have a financial need as well. Thanks to our community support and generous donations made during the annual We Build People Campaign, 50 students at Kingswood are able to participate in Y Learning at no cost. These students receive support from our counselors in many areas including homework completion, reading skill development, and exciting STEAM activities. The students are also eligible to participate in many of our other YMCA outreach programs such as Camp High Hopes summer camp, Cooking Matters, Energize, and basketball. We look forward to another fun filled year at Kingswood!
