Mr. Garner is the Technology Teacher for Kindergarten through 5th Grade. He started at Banks Road during the 2015-2016 school year.

Mr. Garner graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education and a Master’s Certificate in Instructional Technology Facilitation.
