I am very excited to be an Oakview Owl! My family and I moved to Holly Springs six years ago from Fairfax, Virginia, where I grew up most of my life.  I graduated from George Mason University where I earned both my Bachelors and Masters Degrees.  Before having my children and being fortunate to stay at home with them for a couple of years, I taught at the high school level for over ten years.  My most recent teaching adventures have led me to some awesome opportunities at the preschool and elementary levels; where my heart is truly the happiest.  Outside of teaching, I enjoy working out, leading group exercise classes, watching college football and basketball, cooking, and simply spending time with my family.
