Course descriptions and registration information 

Students are required to pass the following courses in order to graduate:

• NC Math I
• NC Math II
• NC Math III
• A fourth mathematics course to be aligned with the student’s post high school plans. (Math 4, Discrete Mathematics for Computer Science, PreCalculus)

Magnet Theme Integration:

Math connects the magnet theme into their curriculum as they incorporate real-world data sets into student problem-solving processes. Word problems also encompass ideas of the magnet theme as students work through global problems, understanding and applying statistical data to real-world problems.
