Hi Everyone!  This is my 35th year of teaching and 30th year teaching preschool.  I am a graduate of East Carolina University with Undergraduate and Master's degrees in Special Education. Go Pirates! I love what I do. Special Needs Preschool children are my passion! I enjoy waking every morning knowing I get to spend time with the children in my classroom and knowing that I am helping make a difference in their lives. I love to form strong bonds with families. I have 2 sons:  Joseph who is 23 and David who is 21.  They definitely keep me busy! In my spare time I love to be outside and ride my Harley in the country. I love to hike, visit the mountains and sit on the beach, support local music and attend concerts. I also love to cook and bake. I am looking forward to welcoming new little ones into our preschool family and watching them grow!
