My name is Whitney Mitchell and I am the Physical Therapist at North Forest Pines. I have been serving North Forest Pines and several surrounding schools in Wake County for the past 6+ years. I have pediatric physical therapy experience prior to working for WCPSS in hospital, private practice, and Early Intervention settings. I love working with children and helping them reach their greatest potential! School Physical Therapy is a Related Service for students with disabilities and it focuses on increasing independence and accessing the educational environment.

     Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband and our 3 young children, going to the beach, baking, and exercising.
