• As students prepare for the first week of classes, beginning 8/17, they will need to ensure they have can access various online accounts. 

    Please click the links to the left for information on how to access PowerSchools, WakeID, and Student Email. 

     

    ATTENTION:

    Schedules will be released on Friday, 8/14 at 5:00 p.m. At that time, students should log into PowerSchools to view their schedules. In preparation for the first day of classes, we suggest completing the following:

    • Access PowerSchools and view your schedule. 

      • If you are enrolled in the Virtual Academy you will have two homerooms.  Homeroom is listed as 5A on your schedule.  Please attend the Homeroom class with a room number beside it.  Do not attend the homeroom class that has an administrator (Dawson, McCullough, Barefoot, or Patrone) as the teacher and ends with "VA".  
    • If you can't access your WakeID/PowerSchools account, please complete this form.

    • Navigate to Department Directory and find the Staff Information pages for the teachers of your courses by selecting the teachers' names. 

    • Enroll in Google Classroom/Canvas sections for your classes including Homeroom (if applicable).

    • Ensure your technology is working appropriately. If you are in need of a device or hotspot and have not yet requested one, please email Mr. Jeremy Barefoot (jbarefoot@wcpss.net) to request a device.
