English Language Learners are placed in classes according to annual ACCESS test scores and teacher recommendation. At Enloe, we offer ESL 1, ESL 2, ESL 3, and Advanced Language Support.

Students may be eligible to take sheltered classes in English, Math, Science, and Social Studies with teachers who are trained to work with English Learners and work closely with ESL teachers. The specific sheltered courses available depends on course registration and student need.

At Enloe, our English Language Learners come from Mexico, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia, Tanzania, Eritrea, Sudan, and Uganda. The students and their families speak Spanish, French, Arabic, Tigrinya, Amharic, Swahili, and Lingala.
